LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT IN HEALTH is structured into two months course of study that helps students to learn how to lead organizations and manage people in this course on Leadership and Management in Health. The course is divided into four weeks each with specific and progressive study for each week in the first and the second months. Students would be expected to take an examination at the end of the study.
As a result, Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) is provided at the end of the first and second four weeks (week 1-4 and 5-8) for students’ assessment. It is imperative to ascertain that students have thoroughly studied their materials, carry out extra researches, and are equipped with the required knowledge and skill of taxation.

The aim of the course is to equip the students with the necessary knowledge on how to lead organizations and manage people in the course of leadership and management in health. The course focuses on the practical leadership and management skills required for working in complex local, regional, national and global health environments. By the end, you will develop a clear sense of the issues and challenges associated with leading organizations and managing people in the health service. With the discourse on leadership and management in health, leadership in health, kinds of leadership and research in health, and leadership culture and development in health, you will build your understanding of how to be a successful leader in the health system.
